[Remote] Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities
- Own and define the UX reputed company across remittance, wallet, and card products from discovery through launch and iteration
- Conduct user research across US and LATAM markets, translating customer insights into product reputed company and improved user experiences
- Simplify reputed company payments infrastructure, including FX, settlement processes, and payment rails, into reputed company customer journeys
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to influence scope, prioritisation, and technical trade-off reputed company
- Ensure compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements are embedded into the customer experience from the outset
- Design and optimise loyalty and rewards experiences to drive customer engagement, retention, and repeat usage
- Establish and maintain UX standards, patterns, and design guidelines across the product portfolio
Skills
- Significant UX/Product Design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of financial services or fintech products
- Deep understanding of payments, fintech, or reputed company financial services environments
- Strong user research capabilities, including planning, conducting, and synthesising research into actionable design solutions
- Experience designing reputed company experiences reputed company highly regulated and reputed company customer journeys
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and operate effectively reputed company a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
- Strong systems-thinking and experience building reputed company design frameworks and standards
