[Remote] Manager II, Compliance & Risk Operations

The Manager II, Compliance & Risk Operations will manage compliance activities for NERC registered reputed company and reputed company meetings with various stakeholders while overseeing the workflow for the Compliance Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Manage compliance activities for NERC registered reputed company
- reputed company and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered reputed company
- Work with NERC Implementation team during construction phase of reputed company to complete project registration with applicable entities
- reputed company meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and more
- Manage workflow for Compliance Analyst
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles
- 3+ years' work experience in NERC Compliance
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- reputed company and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 4+ years reputed company managing/supporting a Generator reputed company and/or Generator Operator compliance program
- Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards
- NERC Operator Certification strongly preferred
- Additional knowledge of reputed company, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, State Public Utilities Commissions, and IA/PAA operational requirements desirable
