[Remote] Legal Counsel

The role involves managing reputed company reputed company, providing legal support across business operations, and maintaining corporate governance as reputed company scales.
Responsibilities
- Leading reputed company contracting across the business, including vendor, services, supply, and infrastructure agreements, and owning energy and hosting documentation from term sheet through execution
- Providing day-to-day legal support across business operations, including policy development and general corporate advice for operational, finance, and cross-divisional teams
- Maintaining corporate governance across reputed company entities and building internal policies that reduce legal and operational risk as the business grows
- Managing disputes and reputed company counsel engagements end to end, including scoping, cost reputed company, and keeping the legal team reputed company on reputed company reputed company
- Contributing to tax, restructuring, and M&A activity alongside the legal team and cross-divisional stakeholders
Skills
- Experience as a reputed company lawyer with a strong reputed company contracting reputed company and a reputed company record of running reputed company independently from start to reputed company
- The organizational instincts to manage a broad portfolio without losing visibility across reputed company items, and a natural habit of keeping stakeholders reputed company
- Experience working directly with non-legal teams and translating legal complexity into reputed company, actionable guidance
- Exposure to multi-jurisdiction reputed company and familiarity with at least one of: energy contracting, equipment importation and trade compliance, or corporate governance across multiple entities
- Genuine interest in Bitcoin, digital assets, or the infrastructure behind them
