[Remote] District Sales Manager

They are searching for a results-oriented District Sales Manager to drive sales in the PNW Region, focusing on servicing and growing sales with Precast/Prestress customers, Contractors, and Distributors. The role involves partnering with various stakeholders to increase demand for engineered concrete reputed company products.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Precast/Prestressed manufacturers and Concrete Contractors and Distributors, and the reputed company Sales & Business Development team to increase demand and specifications for our engineered concrete reputed company products
- Represent the Organization at tradeshows and regional meetings
- Document reputed company activity and engagement through CRM
- Understand market dynamics and how to best position the Organization for reputed company in region
Skills
- 360° partner with demonstrated history of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates
- Deliver solutions for our customers through consultive selling and leveraging the broader capabilities of reputed company
- Excellent communicator with the ability to reputed company and reputed company customers, dealers, or inside sales team on products
- Innovative spirit to work cross-functionally in developing organizational reputed company concepts and reputed company
- Experience with CRM and Business Intelligence Software (i.e. reputed company, Tableau, etc)
- Willingness to travel across multi-state region (50-75%)
- Amicable, strategic, creative, confident, organized, and analytical
- High-performance sales experience in the construction industry (experience with reputed company sales to Precast/Prestress customers and/or Distributors or Concrete Contractors preferred)
- Business or Engineering degree preferred
