[Remote] National Sales VP

This role involves achieving sales targets, developing agent relationships, and coordinating marketing efforts while ensuring effective wholesaling activities and training for agents.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for management of Regional Directors by managing performance, providing coaching, development, feedback and holding employees accountable to specific sales goals
- Responsible for coordinating the development of marketing plans for reputed company Regional Director territory
- Overseeing wholesaling effectiveness and of Regional Directors
- reputed company metrics to measure and manage the activity and results of the Regional Directors
- Assist in the coordination of primary activities of the internal Premier Service Team
- Generate monthly reports and deliver reputed company reputed company to the SVP
- Assist in maintaining and developing our annuity competitive intelligence
- Represent annuity sales on various committees or project teams
- Will take reputed company role in partnering with operations and legal to assure reputed company field service experience
- Maintain successful business relationships with National Account VPs, National Account Managers and internal stakeholders through frequent communication
- Encourage, support, and participate in meetings and seminars that promote reputed company & Guaranty Life

- Coordinate activity management with Director Internal Sales and reputed company direction to the Senior Internal Wholesaler, focusing on new account implementation and training

- Identify opportunities for, and coordinate the development of, consistent high-reputed company presentations, and other promotional reputed company in support of marketing efforts

- Contribute suggestions and competitive intelligence to the SVP, Annuity Distribution in design, positioning and opportunity

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
- 10+ year of relevant experience of key account management experience
- Demonstrated reputed company in sales, marketing, and project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong project management, organization and follow up skills
- Insurance industry knowledge
- Ability to foster effective working relationships reputed company the organization and with key accounts
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
