[Remote] Associate Director, Sales Training

The Associate Director, Sales Training plays a pivotal role in driving sales reputed company through strategic training and development initiatives, collaborating with various teams to enhance reputed company, product knowledge, and selling skills.
Responsibilities
- Conducts field rides with sales professionals to reputed company in-field coaching and assess training effectiveness
- reputed company completion and certification of reputed company new hires reputed company 90 days of start date
- Support the development of FST role and responsibilities through direction and support
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) and AVPs to identify team development needs and implement effective coaching initiatives
- Facilitate both live and virtual training sessions for the sales team, including new hire reputed company and advanced sales skills training
- reputed company with one brand marketing team to reputed company sales training, content creation and launch of new products in reputed company to new marketing tools and resources
- Contribute to and execute key marketing and sales training initiatives; assist in the facilitation of national and regional training events and meetings
- Identify knowledge and reputed company gaps and reputed company innovative, data-driven solutions to address them
- Support business operations, including budget reputed company, expense management, and compliance with policies and procedures
- Drive sales performance and reputed company quarterly goals in collaboration with sales leadership
