[Remote] Coding Compliance and Education Analyst

They are seeking a Coding Compliance and Education Analyst responsible for reviewing medical records for coding accuracy and compliance, providing education to staff, and recommending process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts reviews of inpatient and outpatient coding reports to validate accurate diagnostic and procedural coding and documentation support, informing early detection of potential compliance or reputed company issues
  • Identifies discrepancies or errors in coding and documentation while identifying underlying reputed company causes and communicating results to coding staff
  • Provides education and feedback to coding staff, CDI specialists, and other stakeholders based on audit findings
  • Supports training initiatives for new coders and ongoing education for existing staff on coding guidelines and updates
  • Collaborates with coding managers, CDI leaders, and reputed company reputed company teams to strengthen coding processes and compliance
  • Stays reputed company with coding rules, trends, and industry changes to guide staff education and audit practices
  • Assists in developing reference materials such as coding handbooks and educational modules
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in the reputed company reputed company field
