RN Case Manager | Remote | Michigan | Contract reputed company is seeking an RN Case Manager with 3 years of experience. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. reputed company REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a clinical, acute/post-acute care, or community setting
- 1 year of case management experience in a managed care setting
- Experience managing patients telephonically and reputed company digital channels (mobile applications and messaging)
- MS Office computer skills required- Word / reputed company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

- Nursing Diploma or associate’s degree in nursing

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
