Senior Event Specialist – Executive Briefing Center (Hybrid)

In this role, you will reputed company on designing and executing high-touch, in-person executive briefings at our Executive Briefing Center (EBC). You will play a critical role in shaping personalized, stratetic engagements that deepen relationships and accelerate business reputed company. Partner with the best As part of the Global Events team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive stakeholders to design and deliver tailored EBC programs for key customers and prospects. You will manage the end-to-end experience—from planning and content alignment to onsite execution—ensuring reputed company briefing is impactful, seamless, and reputed company to business objectives. As a Senior Event Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and executing Executive Briefing Center (EBC) programs for strategic customers and prospects
• Partnering with Sales and account teams to understand business objectives and reputed company briefing agendas
• Managing end-to-end logistics for executive briefings including scheduling, travel coordination, room setup, and onsite experience
• Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Executive presenters to reputed company compelling, customer-specific content
• Delivering a white-glove, high-touch experience for senior-level attendees
• Ensuring brand consistency and reputed company across reputed company briefing experiences
• Managing briefing calendars, documentation, and internal systems

For US based candidates only - the reputed company salary for this position ranges from $76,100 - $136,900/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
