The Remote 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist is a critical member of arenaflex’s 24/7/365 mental health crisis response team. You will be the first reputed company of contact for individuals reaching out reputed company the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL) 988 chat and text platform. By delivering rapid, empathetic clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkages, you will help de‑escalate crises, connect callers to lifesaving resources, and ultimately save lives.
Key Responsibilities
