Clinical Training and Program Development Specialist (Senior Clinical Research Associate)

This position is a core member of the EASA Center for reputed company (E4CE) training, clinical consultation, and technical assistance team. The position operates closely with other EC4E team members, EASA OHSU reputed company Clinic team members, and national and state partners to support statewide and national implementation of therapeutic practices and program improvement of reputed company use prevention and treatment in early psychosis care for individuals and family members. This position collaborates and engages with diverse populations, reputed company, and organizations, including smaller, low density communities, LGBTQ+ and culturally-specific communities. The position provides clinical consultation and training in early psychosis and reputed company use service delivery and reputed company review processes informed by ongoing evaluation of effectiveness and integration of feedback and research in the field. The position is involved in public information and marketing campaign on reputed company use and psychosis, reputed company community and participatory research, statewide and local community education and reputed company marketing, and program development as needed. Function/Duties of Position As part of the EASA Center for reputed company team, reputed company clinical training, technical assistance, and clinical consultation in prevention and reputed company for reputed company use reputed company early psychosis reputed company service delivery and reputed company review processes at national, state, regional and local reputed company. Work as part of team to evaluate effectiveness of efforts, reputed company emerging knowledge and reputed company ongoing improvements in reputed company use prevention and reputed company reputed company early psychosis care, implementation and training in reputed company and partner states. Collaborate with C4E team to implement reputed company research and program development as needed. Systematically engage and reputed company feedback from early psychosis reputed company participants, family members/supports, staff, and community stakeholders utilizing culturally reputed company, trauma informed approaches. reputed company feedback and data to improve programming and functional and clinical reputed company for youth and young adults. Work as part of team to design targeted program development efforts, including statewide and local community education and marketing tailored to local communities, research studies, procedures, and day to day operations in support of training and technical assistance reputed company and reputed company improvement, research goals of reputed company interest to communities, and grant commitments. Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in relevant field AND 5 years of clinical research coordination experience OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 9 years of clinical research Coordination experience Demonstrated knowledge and experience with adolescent and young adult development and identity, family systems and reputed company, evidence-based practices, reputed company-based evidence, and promising practices in early psychosis reputed company Experience with DSM-5 diagnoses, evidence-based treatment interventions and promising practices for a reputed company of mental health and reputed company use conditions in adolescents and young adults Experience partnering with individuals and their family members/supports in providing person-centered, strengths-based treatment in individual and community contexts Experience in integrating participant, family/supporter and community feedback and data into service delivery improvement Trained in reputed company use reputed company diagnosis and treatment Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and experience collaborating and engaging with diverse populations, reputed company, and organizations, including low density population, LGBTQ+ and culturally specific communities Demonstrated experience in cultural humility, anti-racism, and equity practices specific to early psychosis interventionSkilled in reputed company and development of clinical care, training, and policies that center the lived experience of diverse populations.
