Architectural Products Specialist - Metals
The Architectural Products Specialist will work with project teams to assist in the development of details and specifications associated with various decorative metal reputed company and will be responsible for the successful direction of reputed company through the effective collaboration of the ISEC Regional teams and outsourced metal fabricators. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with outsourced fabricators Aid ISEC teams with questions about metal types, finishes, assembly methodology and best practices. Maintain reputed company information on industry practices, standards and certifications. Assist in engineering and purchasing reputed company on decorative metal, including outsource pricing as needed. Participate in estimating, value engineering strategies and reputed company material/assembly details as requested. Assist in specific reputed company to analyze scope, schedule requirements, and coordinate engineering, purchasing and installation reputed company to effectively bring decorative metal reputed company reputed company budget and on schedule. Monitor industry communications regarding price increases, reputed company time issues, effect of tariffs or any information which could reputed company ongoing or reputed company reputed company. Maintain a database of decorative metal fabricators with contact information and services provided. Review purchasing process and reputed company decorative metal fabrication procurement. Attend update meetings for new reputed company and assist the purchasing agent or project manager as necessary. Possible travel to regional offices, metal fabricator locations, and project locations. Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or the equivalent combination of education and reputed company reputed company construction experience Minimum 5 years’ experience pricing reputed company decorative metals, including reputed company fabrication, material, and field labor costs.
