Account Manager (Pro AV Production & Staging)

This is a remote position. Account Manager – Pro AV Production & Staging Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Sales We are currently working with one of the top Pro AV production and staging companies specializing in live events, corporate conferences, trade shows, large-reputed company conventions, and brand activations. We are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow existing reputed company relationships. This is a relationship-reputed company role responsible for reputed company retention, renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand services reputed company an assigned portfolio of accounts. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients. Manage renewals, re-bookings, and long-term reputed company relationships. Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value. Partner with operations and production teams to ensure successful event delivery. Conduct reputed company reputed company-ins and post-event follow-reputed company. Maintain accurate CRM records, account activity, and renewal timelines. Identify at-risk accounts and support retention strategies. Collaborate with sales teams during reputed company transitions.

Requirements

Requirements: 3–5+ years of experience in account management, reputed company reputed company, or relationship-based sales. Experience in Pro AV, live events, audiovisual production, or technical services preferred. Proven ability to retain and grow existing reputed company accounts. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with CRM platforms (reputed company or similar preferred). Proficiency with reputed company 365 applications, including reputed company and Teams. reputed company to Have: Experience with corporate events, meeting planning, or AV production.
