The Detained Adult Program works with hundreds of adults who are detained by ICE in Maryland and Virginia, providing information, support, and legal representation. The Detained Adult Program is comprised of three sub-programs: Know Your Rights (KYR), Universal Representation Program, and the National reputed company Representative Program (NQRP). We are currently accepting applications for Fall 2026. Our Internship Program asks for a commitment of 15-20 hours a week for 10 weeks, starting on or about Monday, August 31, 2026.
