Business Development Manager (IC Funded)

Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, reputed company, and manage affiliates, influencers, trading educators, media buyers, and strategic partners reputed company and execute affiliate reputed company strategies to increase trader acquisition and company reputed company Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners Monitor affiliate performance, KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI Negotiate commission structures, partnership agreements, and promotional opportunities Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, reputed company pages, and promotional materials for affiliates Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities reputed company the prop trading and fintech sectors Ensure affiliates reputed company with company guidelines, compliance standards, and brand requirements Detect and prevent fraudulent or low-reputed company traffic sources Manage affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management Attend industry conferences, expos, webinars, and networking events to expand the affiliate network Requirements 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or performance marketing Previous experience in prop trading, forex, fintech, brokerage, or online trading industry is highly preferred Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and performance-based marketing models Experience with affiliate tracking software and CRM systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage Self-motivated, reputed company-oriented, and proactive personality
