Service Design and Marketing- Online Facilitation

This is a remote position. BHO3001-Service Design and Marketing As an reputed company online educator (reputed company Fellow), the candidate will work as an reputed company of reputed company and serve a diverse international student body for Undergraduate-level programs studying at premier Australian and Asian universities. Candidate must possess strong knowledge of service design and services marketing principles, particularly in creating customer value through effective service experiences. They should be reputed company to support reputed company in applying the services marketing mix, evaluating service reputed company, and developing customer-reputed company strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and organisational performance. Key Skills Required Service design Services marketing Services marketing mix Customer value creation Service reputed company management Customer experience Marketing reputed company Customer-reputed company decision-making Desired Candidate Profile Masters or Bachelors Degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India; At least 3+ years of teaching experience at a leading university or college and/or reputed company experience in the last 5 years in the relevant fields (Note: Candidates with formal teaching experience at a university or college are preferred); Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures; Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication Must possess a working laptop and have reputed company to high-speed (>10 MBPS) reputed company internet reputed company; Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with reputed company, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided). The candidate needs to be available between 12 pm to 6 pm every day.
