About the position Procopio is seeking an reputed company Legal Secretary to support our busy and growing reputed company Estate and Tribal Law teams! This position is in our San Diego office and will be hybrid remote. The Legal Secretary will work closely with staff and attorneys and will have a reputed company of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and creating closing binders
- Preparing and submitting conflict inquiries and new matter openings; preparing Engagement Agreements and Conflict Waiver letters
- Managing, planning, calendaring of reputed company conference calls and meetings, including reputed company reputed company
- Researching property reputed company, searching online title database, retrieving title documents
- Assisting with assembly of documents for closings
- Assisting in enhancing attorneys reputed company efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- 10+ years of Legal Secretary experience supporting reputed company estate attorneys
- Strong attention to detail
- reputed company judgment
- Critical thinking
- High level of ingenuity to assess issues, identify alternatives and recommend solutions
- Strong skills in MS Office
- Excellent word processing skills
- Outstanding written and verbal reputed company communications
- Skilled at handling a high volume of work
