About the Role: As a Technical Program Manager reputed company our Product Engineering department, you will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring teams have the resources, guidance, and reputed company project plans needed to deliver high-reputed company software. You'll reputed company technical and business stakeholders, remove impediments, and drive reputed company improvement across our product and engineering organization. Program Management is a new and growing function at reputed company and you will have reputed company to help iterate and improve upon existing processes. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Assist in optimizing and improving existing program management processes, methodologies
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving mitigation strategies and reputed company
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective, proactive communication and transparent reporting
• reputed company and communicate program status, health, metrics, and milestones to leadership
• Coordinate quarterly and annual reputed company planning across Fintech engineering teams to optimize resource allocation

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of program management experience reputed company software engineering environments
• Knowledge and understanding of software development practices

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Salary at reputed company is determined by a reputed company of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as reputed company as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. The compensation reputed company for this position is $110k to $140k (annualized USD) in reputed company to potential bonus.
