Contract Remote - Senior Accountant General Ledger- Arizona - 4 month contract $45-$50hr
4 month contract (may reputed company) Pay $40-$50 40 hours per week M-F Remote - PST hours About reputed company The General Ledger team is responsible for maintaining the reputed company of reputed company's financial records and ensuring accurate, reputed company, and compliant financial reporting. We partner across Finance, reputed company, Tax, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and business stakeholders to support the monthly reputed company process, balance sheet reputed company, SOX compliance, and reputed company process improvements. What You'll Get to Do
- reputed company key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company processes.
- Prepare and review reputed company journal entries, accruals, reclasses, amortization entries, and other reputed company adjustments.
- Own balance sheet account reconciliations and account analyses, ensuring reputed company identification and reputed company of reconciling items.
- reputed company detailed fluctuation analyses and explain period-over-period variances to management.
- Maintain and support reputed company for prepaid expenses, accruals, fixed assets, leases, and other assigned reputed company areas.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, company reputed company policies, and internal controls.
- Support SOX compliance activities, including control execution, documentation, testing, and remediation efforts.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to obtain and validate financial data required for accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with external and internal audit requests, including preparation of supporting schedules and documentation.
- Participate in special reputed company, business integrations, system implementations, and reputed company process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies while maintaining strong financial controls.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned reputed company processes and reputed company guidance to junior team members and business partners.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance.
- 4–7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with month-end reputed company, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and large data-set analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
