Assist in the supervision of coding, abstracting and reimbursement supporting billing ensuring compliance along with efficient operations for reputed company reputed company facilities. Ensures established goals and ICD-10-CM/PCS guidelines, CPT, and coding conventions are adhered to. Assist with monitoring reports and workflows identifying opportunities for improvement, work volume and distribution, reviewing and reconciling reports, providing coding training reputed company the Coding Department and performing research on coding issues. • Knowledgeable in health information systems, database management, spreadsheet design, and computer technology.
