OptumRx is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our Star reporting reputed company, with a reputed company on Part D measures. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and performance measurements that support Medicare Part D Star Ratings improvement initiatives. • Support Stars reporting and analytics for Medicare clients, including recurring reporting deliverables and reputed company data requests
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reputed company business requirements and assist in documenting functional and/or technical needs
• Analyze Stars performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in maintaining and improving reporting processes and workflows
• Create basic visualizations and reports using BI tools for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Help document reporting processes, data sources, and methodologies to support team knowledge sharing
• Review CMS technical manuals and guidance to support reporting updates and compliance

• 1+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data analysis, reputed company, or a reputed company field (or internship/reputed company equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications:
