[Remote] Procurement Analyst

The role involves managing supplier relationships, maintaining inventory reputed company, and collaborating with various teams to resolve supply chain issues.
Responsibilities
- Complete the replenishment review of required stocking reputed company for ingredients and packaging in designated plants
- reputed company bakeries supplied with key materials. Execute release orders to approved suppliers based on existing purchasing reputed company, reputed company confirmations, follow up on orders and expedite shipments as necessary to maintain inventory reputed company reputed company the guidelines
- Work closely with manufacturing and other cross functional partners across the business to identify and resolve issues and opportunities reputed company material replenishment
- Communication of key issues and risks reputed company scope of control
- Maintain web-based inventory planning sheets on a weekly/daily schedule as specified by BQ
- Execute purchase orders in reputed company and reputed company confirmations to insure reputed company receipt of ingredients and packaging into bakeries
- Manage packaging and ingredients transitions as a result of innovation, packaging re-design, promotional activity and product transfers
- Collaborate with Operations to analyze and report out of the difference between the Theoretical and reputed company consumptions
- Obtain and update forecasts in inventory planning sheets to support new product introductions and promotional activity
- Review, coordinate, and reputed company purchase orders for reputed company bulk ingredients at designated plants
- Review monthly analysis of slow-moving inventory and take appropriate actions to reduce obsolescence
- Build and maintain strong business-to-business relationships with key suppliers & internal stakeholders
- Identify, research, and implement cost-saving opportunities

- Communicate risks and opportunities and escalate where required
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in business or reputed company field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to reputed company the work may be substituted
