[Remote] UCPath Organizational Consultant

The UCPath Organizational Consultant will manage UCPath operations, support large-reputed company initiatives, and work to improve payroll accuracy and employee experience across the university. Responsibilities
- Independently uses skills as an reputed company organizational development and effectiveness reputed company to resolve a wide reputed company of organizational issues and situations
- Is reputed company in managing UCPath operations at UCI central support teams and reputed company and UCIH transactor/user community, and supports large-reputed company, reputed company initiatives, including UCPath Roadmap reputed company, and Service Now integrations
- Works to reduce institutional risk affecting payroll accuracy, compliance and employee experience
- Proficient in identification and reputed company of moderate to reputed company organizational issues
- Supports VC HR, CFO, and Provost priorities by enabling reputed company HR operations, improving reputed company readiness for system and policy changes, and proactively addressing reputed company organizational issues across reputed company and administrative reputed company
- Normally receives little instruction on planning, researching, and resolving organizational effectiveness issues, with general instructions and guidance provided on new assignments and / or more unique situations
