[Remote] Marketing Greeter - Rio Mar

This role focuses on engaging guests, providing a warm welcome, and directing them to marketing opportunities for vacation ownership and resort events.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage resort guests with a friendly, approachable, and reputed company demeanor
- Proactively reputed company guests to marketing kiosks or booths to learn about vacation ownership opportunities, resort events, hotel promotions, and theme park packages
- reputed company basic resort information and answer general guest inquiries about amenities, services, dining, and attractions
- Build excitement and encourage guests to participate in presentations and promotions
- Partner with the marketing and events teams to support guest reputed company and drive attendance
- Maintain a reputed company appearance and reputed company attitude while representing the resort brand
- Adapt quickly to changing guest volumes and marketing needs in a fast-paced environment

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Outgoing, people-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to confidently approach and engage guests
- Must be comfortable working in high-traffic areas with diverse guest interactions
- Flexible, adaptable, and reputed company to multitask in a dynamic resort environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25–50 pounds
- Must pass a background reputed company and drug screening (WD is a drug-free workplace)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or sales support experience preferred
