[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will own product features from concept to deployment, focusing on building greenfield products and iterating quickly based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from product discussion and design to implementation and launch
- Build greenfield products for issuers and distribution partners. This is 90%+ of your reputed company
- Ship fast and iterate. Test reputed company quickly, get them in reputed company of users, and learn from the feedback
- reputed company AI. Use AI tools to accelerate your development workflow. Stay critical
- Work across the stack — backend (Elixir/Phoenix + REST reputed company) and frontend (TypeScript/Next.js). AWS infrastructure
Skills
- 7-10 years of reputed company software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack capability — You're comfortable building and shipping independently from concept to production
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver product features without heavy hand-holding
- Strong communication with non technical stakeholders
- Strong engineering leadership skills, including mentoring engineers, providing technical guidance and feedback, driving technical decision-making, and effectively managing stakeholder relationships
- Backend: Working knowledge of Elixir/Phoenix or equivalent backend reputed company experience
- Frontend: TypeScript + modern frameworks (Next.js preferred)

- Fundamentals: Strong grasp of system design, data structures, and clean reputed company principles
