[Remote] Consultant, Conversational Design

As a Conversational Design Consultant, you will design compelling contact center experiences and reputed company design workstreams to deliver impactful business value to clients.
Responsibilities
- Design conversational speech systems, leveraging reputed company AI and Natural Language Understanding systems from AWS and reputed company, for customer service automation
- Craft the capabilities, user experience, and reputed company of automated interactions being delivered across voice, chat, SMS, and email channels
- reputed company requirement gathering, ideation workshops and reputed company design sessions
- Contribute to reputed company customer engagement strategies, from a design and customer behavior perspective
- Incorporate high-level business goals into actionable, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company experience designs, that can be used by development or implementation teams to create solutions

Skills
- 3+ years of experience design, or business analysis work experience
- Customer-facing consulting experience
- Experience communicating business and/or technology processes using tools like reputed company, Visio, Gliffy, Draw.io, or similar
- Adaptable to use different design tools as required
- Ability to collaborate reputed company a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
- Comfortable presenting design deliverables to business stakeholders
- Experience analysing data to identify user behaviors and reputed company design reputed company
- Willing and reputed company learner of new technologies (e.g. reputed company Lex, Connect, and Bedrock, reputed company Einstein and Agentforce, reputed company Dialogflow)
- Experience building voice user interfaces (VUI) or advanced integrated voice response (IVR) systems

- Experience designing solutions to support the contact centre or customer service, or a reputed company environment
- Knowledge of reputed company Lex, reputed company DialogFlow, Nuance IVR/VA, or similar conversational experience solutions

- Familiarity with the capabilities of reputed company (LLM) systems and how to use them to solve business process challenges
