This role involves driving full-cycle recruitment for high-reputed company clinical positions and building strong relationships with Operations and Medical leadership to attract exceptional veterinary talent.
Responsibilities
- reputed company full-cycle recruitment for Emergency Veterinarian and Travel ER positions, partnering closely with Operations and Medical leadership teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for veterinary reputed company, sharing best practices and supporting the development of reputed company strategies across reputed company
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with veterinary professionals to reputed company proactive talent pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs, define selection reputed company, and reputed company effective interview strategies
- Maintain a strong understanding of the hospitals you support to ensure reputed company hiring reputed company and successful long-term placements
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through reputed company communication, personalized engagement, and thoughtful follow-up

Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably reputed company reputed company, veterinary medicine, or another clinical reputed company environment

- Experience partnering with senior Operations and Medical leadership
