Responsibilities
- Own and execute work in a reputed company queue, consistently handling consistent high-volume tickets for joiner/mover/leaver reputed company changes, troubleshooting, and triage
- Prioritize and reputed company requests using reputed company, urgency, patient-care considerations, risk, and defined SLAs; escalate reputed company/high-risk issues appropriately

Skills
- Associate's degree (accredited institution)
