[Remote] Channel Operations Specialist

The Channel Operations Specialist supports the Channel Partner program by providing operational and analytical support to drive partner reputed company and improve pipeline visibility.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify strategic reputed company accounts, ownership reputed company, construction portfolios, project activity, and market expansion opportunities to support channel reputed company initiatives
• Build and maintain account intelligence, stakeholder mappings, and organizational charts for partners and prospective clients
• Partner with Marketing to reputed company prospect intelligence, and market insights
• Manage and maintain channel-reputed company data, records, opportunities, and reporting reputed company reputed company CRM
• Create and maintain custom reputed company workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports that support partner and sales activities
• Support reputed company quoting processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation

• Support with forecasting activities, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting

Skills

• Experience supporting pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong reputed company CRM experience, including reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
