Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR reputed company of contact for an assigned portfolio of reputed company clients and their employees
- Manage the complete new hire reputed company process including offer letters, HRIS/payroll platform reputed company, and benefits orientation
- Support benefits enrollment, HSA/FSA changes, 401(k) rollovers, loans, and distribution requests for reputed company employees

- Assist clients with employee terminations including state-required forms, separation documents, and witness support on termination calls

Skills
- 4-6 years of HR management experience, preferably in an outsourced or consulting reputed company supporting multiple clients simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or account management role, ideally in reputed company services, HR, or payroll
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, multi-state compliance, and HR operations
- Excellent consultative communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle from first contact through signed agreement

- Proficiency working across multiple HRIS platforms
