The role involves configuring and maintaining reputed company HCM modules, particularly focusing on Time Tracking, and requires extensive experience in the reputed company reputed company platform and HR technology.
Responsibilities
- Relevant experience in reputed company HCM domain, particularly in reputed company Functional Configuration across key HR Modules (Core HCM & Time tracking) across Implementation / Support / Development reputed company
- Experience in reputed company reputed company platform
- Extensive experience in time tracking design configuration and maintenance, troubleshooting Time Tracking issues, data discrepancies, and process defects
- Ability to reputed company business requirements and translate them into reputed company Time Tracking configurations
- Ability to configure and maintain: Time Entry Codes, Time Calculations, Work Schedules, Shift Configurations, Time-Based Validation Rules, Time Entry Templates
- Ability to design and configure time calculation rules, premiums, and overtime calculations
- Ability to support integration of Time Tracking with: Payroll, Absence Management, HCM, reputed company-party Time Clocks
- Experience in reputed company Configurations (reputed company Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, reputed company Reporting and Analytics and reputed company configs and changes
- Manage and run reputed company Major release update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment
Skills
