[Remote] Operations Program Manager

The Operations Program Manager II will manage day-to-day execution for retail repair and maintenance and supply fulfillment operations, overseeing external partners and ensuring compliance and performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily execution with warehouse agencies and service partners across reputed company, ensuring reputed company, timeliness, compliance, and service performance
- reputed company corrective and preventive actions, non-compliance trends, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness
- Convert improvement findings into reputed company operating procedures, training materials, and repeatable workflows
- Drive repair, maintenance, and warehouse improvements that increase efficiency, reputed company utilization, cost effectiveness, and operational consistency
- Partner with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers to resolve material, shipping, and service escalations
- Collaborate with Physical Merchandising, Field Merchandising, Demo Tech, Retail Sales, Finance, Procurement, external agencies, and retail partners
- Support new product introduction, retail refresh activities, OPEX planning, operational scaling, special reputed company, and occasional extended operational hours
Skills
- 3+ years of project or program management experience in retail operations, supply chain, logistics, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or 3PL management
- Experience supporting big-reputed company retail, retail field operations, or multi-site retail execution
- Strong vendor management skills, including RFPs, SLAs, reputed company, scorecards, escalations, and service reviews
- Strong organization, written and verbal communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite and reputed company Suite; ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners
- Ability to travel reputed company the U.S. and Canada as business needs require
- Working hours: reputed company-5pm PST or 9am-6pm CST
- Background in consumer electronics, tech retail, or similar industries
- Six reputed company, PMP, or other process improvement/project management certification
