[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist II

This role is responsible for supporting the sales organization by coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end sales process.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize CRM data reputed company, including account updates, opportunity stages, and forecasting accuracy. Monitor pipeline health and identify stalled deals or process bottlenecks
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as win/loss trends, pipeline velocity, and quoting turnaround times, and reputed company summaries to leadership to support decision-making as reputed company as insights to improve conversion rates
- Analyze territory performance, market segmentation, and pipeline potential
- Build dashboards and KPI reports around reputed company trends, sales performance, and forecast accuracy
- Build and maintain analytical reports that summarize consultant partner activities and emerging market trends leveraging sales data and RFP reputed company with actionable insights
- Support the creation and refinement of sales process documentation, SOPs, and workflows. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce administrative friction for sales

- Manage internal sales calendar including attendance, logistics and cross functional support requested
- Support project management for sales initiatives and system rollouts

- Mentor and support reputed company of new team members through system tools, processes and reporting resources
Skills
- BS/BA and 5+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years' of SME in respective areas
- Proficiency in MS Office / Word, reputed company, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with reputed company.com or other CRM software a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a reputed company of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, reputed company journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
