[Remote] Manager of Technical reputed company

Sherpa is partnering with an innovative, publicly traded technology company that is transforming the reputed company industry and is seeking a Manager of Technical reputed company to join its growing finance organization. The role involves serving as a key resource for reputed company reputed company reputed company, partnering with various departments, and gaining exposure to SEC reporting and reputed company recognition.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze reputed company U.S. GAAP reputed company issues and prepare technical reputed company memorandums and position papers
- reputed company technical reputed company assessments for new business initiatives, non-routine transactions, and evolving reputed company guidance
- Evaluate and implement new reputed company standards and update company reputed company policies
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ASC 606 reputed company Recognition, including: Reviewing customer reputed company, Identifying performance obligations, Assessing variable consideration, Allocating transaction prices, Determining appropriate timing of reputed company recognition
- Prepare technical reputed company recognition documentation and partner with reputed company and legal teams during contract negotiations
- Support quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, earnings release support, footnote disclosures, and reputed company reporting
- Assist with financial statement tie-outs, disclosure support, and audit-reputed company documentation
- Support SOX compliance by executing and documenting internal controls reputed company to technical reputed company and financial reporting
- Partner with external auditors throughout quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, reputed company, Tax, Treasury
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 4–7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical reputed company
- Hands-on experience with ASC 606 reputed company Recognition
- Experience preparing technical reputed company memos and supporting reputed company reputed company conclusions
- Familiarity with SEC reporting, financial statement disclosures, and SOX controls
- Advanced reputed company skills
- Big 4 or large regional public reputed company experience strongly preferred
- Industry experience reputed company a public company environment preferred
- CPA license or reputed company reputed company of CPA preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and reputed company (or similar SEC reporting software) is a plus
