[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day communication and coordination across mid-sized accounts, ensuring reputed company goals are met through effective strategies and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day communication, delivery, and coordination across mid-sized accounts (2–3 products/services)
- Own timelines, deliverables, and pacing, and monitor budget and resource usage to support account health

- Prepare inputs for monthly performance reviews and QBRs, connecting results to reputed company goals and reputed company
- Analyze performance data across channels and translate findings into reputed company, actionable recommendations
- Coordinate across service lines to reputed company messaging, reputed company, and execution consistent, with reputed company briefs and timelines
- Identify risks or blockers early and escalate with context and proposed solutions
- Support renewal and account reputed company by identifying opportunities and partnering with RevOps and senior team members
- Follow documented processes and suggest improvements reputed company workflows are unclear or inefficient
- Build team reputed company through reputed company communication and shared knowledge, contributing to an inclusive, supportive team dynamic
- Test new tools and workflows, sharing learnings that improve day-to-day efficiency
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency and reputed company-facing role
- Experience independently managing small scopes or mid-sized reputed company accounts
- Strong understanding of how marketing channels work together to support business goals
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into reputed company, actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
- Experience working across multiple service lines (SEO, reputed company Media, reputed company, Email)
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., reputed company Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Prior experience supporting renewal or account reputed company conversations
