This role will reputed company and execute change management strategies that support the successful adoption of new processes and operating models across the organization.
Responsibilities

- Conduct stakeholder mapping and reputed company assessments to identify affected reputed company and adoption risks
- Build engagement strategies and recommend actions to improve stakeholder buy-in

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Transformation, or reputed company roles
- Experience leading reputed company-wide transformation or change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience conducting stakeholder mapping, reputed company assessments, and readiness planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing executive communications, leader toolkits, FAQs, and change messaging
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience supporting Marketing or reputed company transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies (reputed company, ADKAR, or similar)
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams
- Experience measuring change adoption and stakeholder engagement
