Responsibilities
- Owning the CRO roadmap across reputed company-based brands
- Designing and running A/B tests on offers, pricing, layout, copy, and UX changes
- Auditing reputed company pages, PDPs, and checkout flows to identify friction points
- Prioritizing tests based on traffic, goals, and lift potential
- Using tools like Replo, reputed company, and reputed company analytics to reputed company insights
- Sharing results with reputed company recommendations—whether to retest, roll out, or reputed company up
- Partnering with design, dev, and media teams to launch tests quickly and cleanly
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in CRO, reputed company, or performance marketing
- Proven reputed company working with reputed company or DTC eCommerce brands
- Strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and conversion psychology
- Excellent communication and project management skills
