[Remote] HR Administrator – 6-months (fixed-term) contract , Central Time Keeping

The HR Administrator will handle incoming requests, maintain HR data, and improve processes while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and checking data in our time recording systems, such as reasons for absence or time-offs only for employees working in Germany
- Processing, checking and maintaining reputed company personal and billing-reputed company data in our reputed company information systems
- Preparation and reputed company provision of data for reputed company processing by the locations' HR support teams
- Creation, tracking and control of evaluations and statistics
- Processing inquiries from employees, managers and HR departments
- reputed company participation in reputed company to continuously improve existing processes or individual process steps
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ months of reputed company experience
- Experience with HR processes and systems
- Experience with the following systems- MyTime, OnBase, ICIMS, reputed company, reputed company, PeoplePortal, FCLM, Labor Scheduler, AMP tool, Ticketing
- Experience operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets, or experience in development or technical support
