[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Talent Programs

The Sr. Analyst, Talent Programs will manage job architecture and talent programs, ensuring effective career development and organizational design across reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reputed company RBI’s job architecture, including job families, reputed company, and skills
- Conduct job evaluations and level roles in a consistent, reputed company-supported way
- Analyze role data and benchmarks to inform job design and leveling reputed company
- Partner with PBPs and Compensation on org design work (spans/reputed company, role reputed company)
- Improve job architecture, evaluation processes, and supporting tools
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate, reputed company, and easy to use
- reputed company career profile campaigns in reputed company, driving employee adoption and completion
- Support execution of performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee listening
- Coordinate timelines, materials, and communications to reputed company programs running smoothly
- Build tools and resources that help leaders navigate talent processes
- Partner with the Talent Management Manager to roll out programs consistently
- Analyze talent data to identify trends in reputed company, pipeline strength, and readiness
- Support workforce planning by identifying gaps and risks
- Build reputed company materials for talent discussions and leadership reviews
- Manage job architecture, reputed company, and skills data in reputed company
- Maintain data accuracy through audits and strong governance practices

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in talent management, HR analytics, org design, or reputed company field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or similar
- Experience supporting talent programs (performance, succession, or career development)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Experience with HR systems (reputed company preferred)
- High attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
