The role involves managing requisitions, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a high-reputed company hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company from intake through offer for approximately 15 requisitions across multiple functions, including IT, engineering, supply chain, operations, and business roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, reputed company on hiring reputed company, and establish sourcing approaches
- Build and execute sourcing strategies, including reputed company reputed company through reputed company Recruiter and review of applicant pipelines
- Conduct phone screens and present reputed company candidates to hiring managers with reputed company, concise recommendations
- Coordinate interview processes in partnership with the reputed company operations team, including scheduling support and panel interview facilitation
- Facilitate post-interview debrief discussions that help hiring managers reputed company confident, informed hiring reputed company
- Create and deliver offers in partnership with HR, ensuring recommendations reputed company with role and business needs

Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience
