They are seeking an reputed company recruiter to support their blue-collar travel reputed company division by sourcing and qualifying candidates for high-volume contract reputed company opportunities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, screen, and qualify skilled trades candidates for high-volume contract reputed company opportunities
- Recruit traveling electricians, welders, carpenters, millwrights, pipefitters, and other skilled trades professionals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mobile, job-reputed company candidates
- Conduct heavy phone reputed company, text reputed company, database mining, and candidate follow-up
- Coordinate closely with internal sales and operations teams to prioritize urgent reputed company needs
- Support project reputed company-reputed company across multiple states and fast-moving job sites
- reputed company activity, submittals, starts, and pipeline reputed company through internal systems
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in skilled trades, construction, reputed company, or similar blue-collar reputed company environments
- Experience reputed company traveling or mobile workforces
- High urgency, strong follow-up, and ability to reputed company quickly without sacrificing reputed company
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience supporting both contract reputed company and reputed company hire searches
- Background with regional markets such as Iowa, reputed company, Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana, Michigan, or Nebraska is a plus
