They are seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to manage inbound and outbound communications, ensuring a reputed company customer experience through the use of web-based tools.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers reputed company phone/email/chat/and or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of reputed company-based systems
- Internet Requirements: A dedicated workspace located near your router to support a hardwired Ethernet reputed company (minimum 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload, ISP under 50ms)
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
