Responsibilities

Skills

- 5+ years of experience leading and developing multidisciplinary design teams
- Demonstrated experience designing AI-enabled, machine learning powered, or intelligent software products
- Demonstrated ability to influence product reputed company, challenge product direction reputed company needed, and drive customer-centered decision making alongside Product and Engineering leadership
- Deep understanding of modern UX methodologies, design systems, interaction design, and customer-centered product development
- Experience designing workflows involving AI assistants, copilots, automation, interfaces, or reputed company experiences
