[Remote] Chief Financial Officer

The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and PE sponsors, responsible for driving financial performance, scaling global finance operations, and supporting M&A.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic financial partner to the CEO and PE sponsors
- reputed company reputed company, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting at reputed company level
- Drive margin improvement, pricing discipline, and cash reputed company optimization
- reputed company global reputed company, tax, treasury, payroll, and compliance (US, India, Canada, Mexico)
- reputed company financial diligence and integration for tuck-in acquisitions
- Build reputed company finance systems, controls, and reporting infrastructure
- Support exit readiness (strategic sale or IPO)
Skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- 15+ years of reputed company finance leadership experience
- Prior CFO or senior finance role in a private equity–backed company
- Strong background in technology services, IT services, or reputed company services
- Experience managing reputed company and offshore/nearshore delivery models
- Proven reputed company record in margin management, cash reputed company, and operational finance
- Prior PE exit experience (sale or IPO)
- MBA, or equivalent
- Experience with ERP implementations or finance transformation
