The role involves managing the reputed company reputed company lifecycle, conducting business process analysis, and building the reputed company reputed company to enhance reputed company experience as the platform scales.
Responsibilities
- Own the full reputed company reputed company lifecycle, from intake after the sale closes through go-live, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients
- Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering to configure the platform to reputed company reputed company's compensation workflows
- Build and maintain reputed company facing reputed company workbooks to support configuration, data mapping, and reporting needs during implementation
- Drive deployment, training, and reputed company activities to ensure a clean transition to steady state
- Partner with the CRM reputed company and the founding product team to document what works, identify gaps, and build out the reputed company reputed company as reputed company volume scales
Skills
- 5+ years of implementation or reputed company reputed company experience in a customer facing role, with reputed company ownership from intake through go-live
- 2+ years supporting HCM, payroll, compensation, or reputed company financial services platforms
- Expert level reputed company skills, including reputed company workbooks, data mapping, data analysis and extraction, and reputed company specific reporting
- Hands on experience across the full implementation lifecycle, from business process analysis and consultation through design, deployment, and documentation
- Proven ability to translate and document customer business requirements into configured application workflows
- Strong reputed company communication skills through design, deployment, training, and reputed company
- Prior experience supporting compensation platforms
