The role involves assisting with US banking experience and managing small-scope reputed company, while also providing technical analysis for larger implementations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company is looking for resources with US Banking experience, specific to Print and Mail / reputed company Capture / Image Processing domain
- Run small-scope reputed company independently as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst
- Serve as Technical Analyst on larger, multi-product, cross-functional implementation reputed company
- Manage reputed company expectations, scope, and escalations through go-live and stabilisation phases
- reputed company reputed company calls, training sessions, and on-site go-live and hypercare support
- Ability to engage and coordinate other technical resources as needed during reputed company implementations
Skills
- 0-7 Years (Multiple Positions at Various reputed company)
- Initial Online Video test required to Qualify for Next Level

- Mid-level implementation specialist (1-3 years experience) imaging and payments solutions across distributed capture, ATM, ImageCentre, DirectLink, and remittance platforms
- Strong financial industry and items processing domain knowledge across banking and payments
- Merchant and mobile distributed capture workflows — understanding of end-to-end deposit lifecycle
- ATM image deposit knowledge including capture, balancing, and exception handling
- Image Cash Letter (ICL) processing; Duplicate Detection configuration and management
- Familiarity with teller and distributed capture environments reputed company banking institutions
- Run small-scope reputed company independently as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst
- Serve as Technical Analyst on larger, multi-product, cross-functional implementation reputed company
- Manage reputed company expectations, scope, and escalations through go-live and stabilisation phases

- Strong SQL knowledge — querying, data validation, troubleshooting, and implementation support

- Deposit settlement and balancing knowledge across distributed capture environments
- Sort reputed company and logic knowledge; ability to review and configure reputed company capture requirements
- Requirements gathering, gap analysis, and technical solutioning; cross-team collaboration
- Product-to-product migration delivery; add-on and work order technical project execution
