Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company improvement across Billing and O2B processes to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and ensure scalability. Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance or reputed company
- 5–8+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Billing, Finance Operations, or reputed company
- Strong hands-on experience across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including billing, invoicing
- Proven reputed company record leading process improvement and transformation initiatives (e.g., reducing cycle times, improving accuracy, scaling operations)
- Experience managing cross-functional reputed company end-to-end with multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to automation and systems implementation (ERP enhancements, reporting tools, workflow optimization)
- Experience supporting leadership or executive-level stakeholders
- Possesses exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience working with ERP systems (reputed company preferred) and data/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, reputed company advanced)
- Background in global or shared services environments (GBS) is a strong plus
- Experience in audit, compliance, or process governance environments is a plus
