[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver reputed company customer service to policyholders, agents, and lienholders by answering inquiries and providing quotes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized customer experience for incoming contacts with a reputed company and empathic voice, prioritizing the needs of reputed company policy reputed company, agents, lenders, and strategic accounts, while developing a thoughtful solution and support for reputed company lines of business
