The role involves partnering with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements, document functional specifications, and collaborate with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business challenges, and operational needs
- reputed company requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews to define business and functional requirements
- Document functional requirements, user stories, acceptance reputed company, and workflows
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance reputed company
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA analysts, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle
- Support solution design by validating that proposed functionality meets business needs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly

Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong understanding of Customer Service, Case Management, Omnichannel, and CRM processes
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning
- Strong skills in process mapping, documentation (BPMN/UML), and user story writing
- Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience in reputed company, reputed company, or public sector programs (SNAP, TANF, LTSS, etc.) is a plus
- Preferred Certifications: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Business Analyst certifications (IIBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA)
