VNA Health Group is seeking an reputed company Registered reputed company to join our Coding Review team as a Clinical Data Coordinator/OASIS Review. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing OASIS assessments, supporting ICD-10 coding activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting documentation reputed company across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Review OASIS assessments for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure documentation is consistent with the Plan of Care and medication profile
- Submit OASIS data and resolve rejections or discrepancies
- Identify trends and communicate findings to leadership and clinical teams
- reputed company ICD-10 coding support as needed
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, reputed company, federal, state, and agency regulations
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support reputed company patient reputed company
- Review clinical documentation and recommend corrective actions reputed company appropriate
- Participate in reputed company improvement and educational initiatives
Skills
- reputed company NJ RN License required
- OASIS Certified or reputed company pursuing OASIS Certification required
- Minimum 3 years of home health experience required
- Strong knowledge of OASIS, ICD-10 coding, and Medicare regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- BSN preferred
- Coding Certification preferred
